About Morgan

I am a seasoned headhunter with over 15 years of experience as both an agency and independent recruiter, and 10+ years experience specializing in engineering and technical product development roles.

Soon after I started specializing in engineering roles,I had my first opportunity to work in the medical device industry.  It was a Director level position with very specific requirements.  My client had been searching for months, both on their own and with multiple agencies, without success.  I successfully filled the role and then many other roles for that client, including engineering, quality and regulatory roles.

In 2016 I took a leap of faith and founded MAC Recruitment. By setting out on my own, I achieved my goal of stepping away from a high-volume, target-oriented recruitment environment to focus on quality over quantity, long-term relationships, and positive outcomes for both candidates and clients. 

Through word of mouth and recommendations I have since had the opportunity to expand my experience within medical devices and MedTech,and also into other industries including optical technologies, AI-led technologies, and robotics.
